      On motion of Robert Wood and he having made sufficient proof to the Cour
      ts Ordered that a certificate be granted him to the Treasurer for the appr
      opriation of the mony he has paid for his head right (sic) land to other l
      ands.

      807 the following: "A Justice of the peace being needed for the Co. of Li
